This is a short policy because this site does very little with your data.
We do not ask you for anything
There is no account, no login, no newsletter, no comment form and no contact form that stores what you type. We never ask for your name, your email address or your payment details, and we have no way to receive them.
What is stored in your browser
Two things, both on your own device, neither sent to us:
- An age acknowledgement. When you confirm you are 18 or over, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not reappear on every page. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- A preview cookie, only relevant before this site launched publicly. It let the site owner review unpublished pages. It carries no personal information.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels on this site.
Server logs
Like every website, the web server records requests it receives, including IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs exist for security and diagnostics and are not used to build any profile of you.
What happens when you follow a link out
Outbound links to Candy.ai are affiliate links. They are marked in the page’s HTML as sponsored, and they carry the noreferrer attribute, which means your browser does not tell the destination which page of this site you came from. Once you arrive on Candy.ai, that service’s own privacy policy applies and we have no visibility of what you do there.
Analytics
This site currently runs no analytics or third-party scripts of any kind. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the new tool will be named here.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to contact@candyshortsvideo.com and we will look into it.
